Some might say that they're delusional but their attitude of thinking positive brings them a step closer to their goal. This method worked well for the Jonas Brothers. They used to be in little broadway shows and commercials and now they're headlining their own concert. As for their personal life -- let's just say it's more complicated -- JB is eating breakfast in a fancy hotel in San Francisco.) - 8:00 a.m. - FRANKIE: Mom, can we go watch a wall-e later? DENISE: No sweetie. We have a big concert today. KEVIN: Aw, I wanted to go see that too. JOE: (Acting all cocky) Psshh! What are you 12? Disney movies are for sissies! NICK: (Looked at Joe) Why don't you want to watch wall-e? Afraid you're gonna cry again like you did with Bambi. JOE: (Glared at Nick) IT WAS A VERY DRAMATIC MOVIE! KEVIN SR.: Boys stop it! Joseph, remember Disney helped you guys out. That statement you said earlier was inappropriate. JOE: Pops, chill. We were just messin'. FRANKIE: (Switched his cereal bowl without Joe knowing it.) KEVIN: How about watching movies tonight, after our concert? NICK: That'd be cool. JOE: So what're we watching? Please don't tell me— FRANKIE: Wall-e! KEVIN: Wall-e it is then. JOE: *Sigh* I wanted to watch Dark Knight. (He's about to dig in his cereal but he noticed that his cereal bowl is suddenly empty.) Where'd my breakfast go? (Meanwhile Sydney wanted change. As a fair believer of realism: the attitude or practice of accepting a situation as it is and being prepared to deal with it accordingly. She has this idea of a new her, a new her that will make her forget about the painful reality. She got hair extension, highlights, new wardrobe -- a total make over. She ended up looking great. Heads turned as she walked the streets of New York in her vintage prom dress, leather vintage plate belt, and black dior extreme shoes. Sydney looked so amazing people were jealous of her. She savored every moment of her remaining life: enjoying the envy of other people, feeling the pain of beauty of her high-heeled shoes, the cold wind brushing on her face. -She's on her way to a restaurant to meet up with Andrea, Damien, and Charlotte in Starbucks.) - Starbucks 11 a.m. - DAMIEN: Poor Sydney, is she sure that she doesn't want to proceed with the treatment? ANDREA: I tried to talk her into it but she'd rather spend her—her—remaining time with her friends and family. CHARLOTTE: *sigh* If that's what she really wants then we should just respect her wish to be with us. DAMIEN: Yeah, but I can't shake this weird feeling— ANDREA: Me too. I have a feeling that it's— CHARLOTTE: not real? ANDREA: Exactly! DAMIEN: I think we just can't believe that it's all happening so suddenly. ANDREA: EXACTLY!! CHARLOTTE: I've known her for such a short time, I feel so sad already. ANDREA: EXACTLY!!! DAMIEN: Andrea, stop with the 'exactlies'. SYDNEY: (Just arrived) Hey guys! (Everyone was just looking at her.) DAMIEN: (Snapped his fingers) U-huh! Snaps for the foxy lady! ANDREA: Sydney you look great! CHARLOTTE: (Extremely jealous of Sydney.) Ok, you need to tell me where you bout your whole ensemble. DAMIEN: I'm feelin' that hair on you. SYDNEY: Ok, ok. I made some changes. Uhm, let's go out tonight. ANDREA: As in eat or DAMIEN: PARTY! - 4 p.m. - (Back in San Francisco JB just finished rockin' their faces out. Nick decided to call Sydney to check on her.) - On the phone - NICK: Hey Syd! (He could hear loud laughing on the background) What's goin' on? SYDNEY: (You can tell by her voice that she's happy) Oh nothing. We're just here at Andrea's place getting ready to party. NICK: Getting ready to party? SYDNEY: Yeah, you know, picking out outfits, shoes, make-up, and of course the loud Damien Craft. NICK: No, I mean what're you celebrating? SYDNEY: Nothing, just because. NICK: (He's smiling. He's happy that Sydney is enjoying herself) Ok, have a good time you guys. We'll be back tomorrow. SYDNEY: Bye, see you tomorrow. Love ya!
